What does your pricing model look like?
Our software solutions are priced on a per user per month -basis. You can choose between 3 different plans, depending on which tools you need and the amount of users. Applicable taxes will be added to all orders.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, you can try our tools for free for 30 days. The free trial lets you use the tools with no restrictions. No credit card is needed to start the trial.
How do I upgrade to a paid account?
Get started with a free trial. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any point during your trial or after the trial has ended. To upgrade, simply add your billing information to your account. We accept payments via credit card. Other payment options are available only in the Premium plan.
What happens to my data after the free trial?
All your information will be transferred to the paid account if you choose to continue using Granite after your free trial ends. If you do not continue with a paid plan, your account and all your information will be deleted according to our data processing policy.
Does Granite require any setup?
No setup is required. You can get started on your own, and if you should need help, you can contact our support. The premium plan includes a dedicated project manager, who will make sure that you get the most out of Granite.
Can we integrate Granite with our own systems?
Custom integrations are possible using the Granite API, but it requires that you are on the Premium plan.
