Also, you can buy individual online training credentials for Granite training services.

The Granite Elements plan includes three optional services for three individual users. More users and services can be purchased at the price of $33 per unit. Granite Elements plan is billed yearly.

Granite training services and online courses are sold separately. Granite online courses cost $15 per course and purchased with single one-off payment. All Granite online courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What’s the Granite pricing?
Granite provides services in two categories: standard services and online training services. Granite services can be purchased as a part of the Granite Elements service plan and as Granite online courses.

Granite Elements plan includes three users and three optional services. The price of Granite Elements plan is $99 per month ($1188 for the whole year). The Granite Elements plan is billed once a year at beginning of the billing cycle.

You can purchase additional users and services to your Granite Elements plan at the price of $33/month/user or service. All additional services and users are billed yearly at the beginning of the billing cycle.

In the Granite Premier service plan, the services can be tailored to suit the customer needs. The Granite Premier plan also includes a guided deployment project.

The online courses included in the Granite Online training services are purchased with a single one-off payment. The price of a course is $15. For example, the Granite Information Security Online Training services consist of two separate courses. This means that the price for completion of the entire training is $30 per trainee. After the payment, the courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How do I purchase a full Granite plan online?
To purchase any Granite service plan, just click the ”Purchase online” button to proceed to the product page where you can decide the content of your order.

On the product page, you can add more users, more services or the number of courses you want to purchase to your order. After entering the appropriate volumes, click the ”Add to cart” button to proceed to the Cart page.

On the Cart page, you can double check your order and update it if you will. Click the ”Proceed to checkout” button to proceed to the Checkout page.

On the Checkout page, you can finalize your order by entering your billing information. After the purchase Granite’s support team will contact the customer and update their account in accordance with their order.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can purchase any of the Granite plans using a valid credit card (American Express, MasterCard, VISA).

In the Granite Premier service plan, billing methods and billing cycles can be agreed upon on a customer-specific basis.
How does the free Granite trial work?
To start your free 30-day trial you need to create your account on the Create account page. To create your account just type your email to the email field, choose what service you are most interested from the drop-down menu and click the ”Create account” button. The login email is sent to the email address you entered.

During the free trial, you have access to all Granite services on the Granite platform. Some of the content in the training services has been omitted in the trial. After purchasing the course the customer has full access to the contents of the online course.

We’ll keep you informed of the progress and end of the trial via e-mail.

All data you enter to the Granite services during the trial is available after upgrading to the paid plan in the services you choose to purchase. If you decide not to upgrade your trial, all data is removed in accordance with our information security and data protection policies.
How do I cancel my free trial?
There is no need for you to cancel your trial yourself. After the 30 days are up, the trial ends automatically.

If you don’t want emails from us during the trial period, you can unsubscribe from email list by clicking the ”Unsubscribe” link in the footer or the email.
How do I cancel my paid subscription?
You can cancel your paid subscription by signing into the Granite’s webstore at the www.granitegrc.com/my-account. On the customer page, you can manage your subscription and cancel it by clicking the ”Cancel subscription” button. This cancels the subscription and you will not be billed and more.

The Granite Elements plan is billed once a year at the beginning of the billing cycle. The subscription is billed from the customer's credit card and it is valid until the customers cancel it or we can not charge the card.

The Granite online trainings are paid with a one-off payment at the beginning of the billing period.

Processed payments will not be refunded, which means that the subscription will expire at the end of the period you have already paid.
Whom do I contact if I have a billing question?
In all questions concerning billing, you can contact our support at support@granitegrc.com. Our customer support team aims to answer all questions as fast as humanly possible.

If Granite’s online customer wants to switch payment methods from credit card to invoicing, they also should contact our customer support. Some fees might apply in the switching of payment methods.
How do I make changes to my plan?
You can make changes to your plan by signing into the Granite’s webstore at www.granitegrc.com/my-account. You can change the details of your billing information at your own customer account.
How can I review the charges billed to my account?
Granite’s online customers can review their charges by signing into the Granite’s webstore at www.granitegrc.com/my-account.
Will I be charged tax?
All prices at the Granite’s website are displayed exclusive of VAT. In domestic subscription orders, a valid VAT is always added to the price. If the international customers within the EU do not provide a valid VAT number at the checkout, the VAT will be added to the customer’s order based on the VAT rate in the EU Members State in question.
